Update

Upgrade AERR without losing your recipes.

Upgrading AERR is a DLL swap.

Steps

Close DDS.
Replace AERR.dll in Win64\UnrealModPlugins\ with the new one.
Leave Win64\AERR\ as-is — your recipes, keybinds, and config carry over.
Launch the game. Check the overlay header for the new version.

Breaking changes

Major releases may reset config or require fresh script state. Look for a breaking tag on the changelog entry — if breaking, it will say exactly what to do.

Rolling back

Keep the previous DLL. AERR has no migration-only changes — an older DLL reading a newer config tolerates unknown fields.
